Fish Croquette with Lemon Butter Sauce

Author's Note:I feel lucky to have a husband who is a great cook because I'm clueless in the kitchen except for washing dishes. He is great in making up recipes,  improvising  and adding his own twist to old recipes. I will share some of his recipes on this blog starting with a dish he made for lunch yesterday.
