Ingredients:
1/4 Malasugue
3 Potatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves
2 cups Pineapple Juice
1 Onion
Salt and Pepper
Bread Crumbs (in our case we ran out of bread crumbs so we used crushed biscuits instead)
Paprika Powder
Preparation:
1.Soak Marlin with pineapple juice and leave for 2 hours.
2.Skin potatoes and boil with Marlin until soft.
3.Mash Marlin and Potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste.
4.Add 1 tbsp Paprika Powder
5.Shape mixture to nuggets size.
6.Coat with bread crumbs.
7.Fry in Vegetable oil.
8.Garnish with Basil leaves.
Sauce:
Mix the following ingredients:
1/2 Butter
3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Onion
4 Calamansi
Salt and Pepper

ReplyDelete@Julienne:we just actually googl-ed the sauce after we finished cooking the croqs and since we don't have some of the ingredients in the recipe we found...Mike just improvised.it actually tasted good ...loved the sauce as much as the croqs :)
